FAQ

Q1: Are your PE resources really free?
Yes. The Free Resources section includes downloadable PE games, warm-ups, and printables you can use right away. Some resources on the site are premium (full units and lesson plans), but the freebies are clearly labeled.

Q2: What grade levels are your resources for?
Most resources are designed for K–12. Each activity or lesson plan includes recommended grade levels (Elementary, Middle School, or High School) and simple modifications to scale up or down.

Q3: Do your lesson plans include progressions and modifications?
Yes. Complete lesson plans and units include clear progressions, setup, rules, key teaching cues, differentiation (easier/harder options), and management tips for real PE classes.

Q4: What sports and PE units do you cover?
You’ll find resources for basketball, volleyball, soccer, ultimate frisbee, athletics/track, fitness, and health-focused lessons. New activities are added regularly.

Q5: Can I use these resources for substitute PE or quick planning?
Absolutely. Many activities are built to be “teach tomorrow” ready, with fast setup, minimal equipment, and clear instructions that work well for substitute days.

Q6: How often do you add new PE resources?
New posts and resources are added regularly throughout the school year. Check the Free Resources page for the latest activities and downloads.
